I read something on the news here in Australia that the Australian borders will be closed for non resident until 2023 
does that mean that no grant until then?

Baka hindi lang PMV. Lumalala kasi yung COVID sa AU eh. Tapos increasing rin yung unemployment rate. Malas tayo sa timing. At least grant na lang hinihinitay mo, which is on hold lang naman. Tiis and patience na lang talaga.
