i just wanted to share my experience with this member.

he wanted to reserve a room last january 14 and will confirm on Friday that week (jan17).

its already feb, but still never heard anything again from this person.

no courtesy to say atleast that they are not interested anymore.

we have missed possible opportunities and our precious time.

i still hope for the best for them.

courtesy and time is a BIG deal. well at least here in Australia.
not responding and just letting other people wait for nothing after telling them you will confirm is rude.
