How to get a copy of the Visa Application medical results?

Possible po ba na makakuha ng online copy ng result nung Medical Exam for visa application? (Yung may HAP ID then ginagawa sa Nationwide Makati or St. Lukes sa Pinas). Kailangan kasi ng proof of check para sa school enrollment eh.. Mas makakatipid sana kung hindi na magpa refer sa doktor ulit, then magpapa lab test ulit, etc..
Kung possible, saang website makakadownload ng copy?

    @just.anotherguy My experience with Nationwide was that they will email a copy of the results to you upon request.
