Budget Accomodation: Looking for a female roommate

Rent p/w: $140 (all in - gas, electricity, internet, water) 3-6 months

Looking for female roommate to share a 1BR flat in Ryde area

  • 4-minute walk to train station
  • close to the public library, woolworths, coles and other asian restaurants
  • 30 minutes by train to the city. Available by 3rd week of November.

You will only be sharing the flat with 1 female who loves to cook and doesn't mind sharing meals every now and then; I also love cleaning. I am looking for a flatmate with similar values, non-smoker, most especially someone who cleans after themselves, takes turns with doing the house chores and respects privacy and property. No partygoers please -- flat is not a party place.
