i worked and exited in ksa 2016, i got police clearance on the same year.. can i ised that police clearance for my immigrant application or do i need a lates one..pls reply

@kimmmy That should be fine... just have it translated together with a photocopy of your passport and the exit stamp from KSA.

@raylow080309 I don't know if there would be a change in interpretation now that KSA is open for tourism, but before when you exit KSA, the possibility of re-entry without a valid iqama and work contract is almost impossible, and without iqama once cannot get a police clearance. At least, that is how I understood it kaya I supplemented the KSA PCC requirement with a StatDec.
