Although it is not impossible, it might be difficult for someone to sponsor you if you cannot show proof of some work experience.
A lot of those I've helped enrolled in VET courses (Cookery+Hospitality) which has a pathway to a subsequent 485 visa after studying for 2 academic periods. Hope this helps
