Clarification on target PTE score

Hi po to all. Pa help naman po gusto ko lang ma clarify kung anong score ang kelangan ko ipasa sa PTE w/ the following experiences that I have:
- licensed civil engineer
- 10 yrs experience in construction industry
- full time / regular employee
- no experience abroad
- married w/ 3 dependent
Target ko sana sa mellbourne mag land since andun ang pinsan ko. Ok na ba kahit 65+ points lng ang makuha ko sa PTE? Other says I need 79+.
