This will be available in July/Aug timeframe.
I can consider 2 small families to rent the property. (2bedroom each) It may suit new migrants na naghahanap ng kashare sa rent.
I can also furnish (beds/dining/ appliance etc) the house if the tenants dont have their own things yet.
