Hey Everyone! Admin here, It's a bit overdue but I will be migrating our forum site to a new platform for better security. I will take out all the ads as well as these pesky spammers. 2 mins walk to the bus stop, 15 mins bus ride to Watergraden train station and 35 mins to the Melbourne CDB by train.
A supermarket currently under construction is 3mins walk away.
Looking for tenant, prefer female who is tidy and organized, you will have a private bathroom, toilet, common laundry/dryer and common kitchen, common lounge room.
Free use of fast internet (fibre connection).Hosts (young couple) are welcoming and will be able to assist you settle in Australia.
Asking for $150 per week, inclusive of bills (water, gas, electricity).
