Apartment is in 299 Spring Street Melboune CBD with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom (with bathtub)
i just got married and needs to move out of our apartment.
you'll have the room for yourself with a single bed and amazing view of carlton garden
the house is complete and comes with a parking lot.
rent is $950 per month
you'll be joining 3 people (but will be 2 people by feb or march, the rent will be adjusted)
one of the guys is a great cook! and loves to play badminton alot.
