2 mins walk to the bus stop, 15 mins to Watergraden train station and 35 mins to the Melbourne CDB by train.
A supermarket currently under construction is 3mins walk away.
Looking for tenant, prefer female who is tidy and organized, you will have a private bathroom, toilet, common laundry/dryer and common kitchen, common lounge room.
Free use of fast internet (fibre connection).Host are welcoming and will be able to assist you settle in Australia.
Asking for $150 (negotiable)per week, inclusive of bills (water, gas, electricity).
