    Hi @cheng1003 . I suggest looking at gumtree australia. search nyo po sa google. from there, you can search for house share or roomshare in jooondalup area. the website is very useful sa totoo lang. aside from using it for looking for a place to live in, you can use it to find resources like furniture, books, services, and even free stuff. hope this helps.
