Hi Kabayan,
Close to all amenities (shops, transport, schools etc). 3 rooms and 1 bath/toilet with 2 aircons, reverse cycle and ducted. The house has garage and alarm system as well. Easy to maintain and with large patio for parties. The rates are as follows:
If rent the whole house by one family- $300
If rent only 2 rooms- $250
If rent only room- $160 (max of 2 persons)
The house is available 1st week of April 2019, so hurry up! Call me for any queries.
