How did you get an Australian job offer from PH?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering lang:

Let's say na yung kulang na points nalang ay makukuha sa isang job offer from an Australian employer.

As I've researched, most employers prefer people who could work with them as soon as possible without having to sponsor...

Can you tell me your stories ng kung paano ka nakakuha ng job offer from Australia to get points kahit na wala ka pang working visa?

Btw, I have been working as a software engineer for 4 years...

From experience, I was never entertained when I tried to apply for a job in AU habang andito pa. One of the requirements for Queensland sponsorship is that you have a JO from any company. So it looks like na they prefer that you are ready to fly out anytime which is quite contradicting kasi how can you fly out if you don't have a visa, right?

Following this thread kasi I'm looking to throw out applications from here in PH. Baka swertehin.

I'm a software engineer too, but for 13 years.

go through an agent. There are job placement agencies in PH that help Filos to land a job through employer sponsorship.

i think is this for those who has an occupation or work exp na very limited sa australia.
