We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a 3BR brick house at Seven Hills. Its 13min walk to train station and in front of a bus stop going to Blacktown and Parramatta. It has a big backyard and 1 lock up garage. It also has a solar panel which saves you electricity costs. Gas heater. NBN ready.

$415 / week

Reason for leaving : we bought our own house.
