Hi,
I just want to check with you guys if I should sign my daughter's new passport. The reason why I'm asking this is I've asked this question to DFA and they told me that the passport will be considered as "Mutilated" if we sign it.

    @mizlreese: According to DFA website “For applicants 13 years old and above, immediately affix the signature on the third page of the passport booklet upon receipt of the passport. For minors 12 years old and below, leave it blank.”

    nung nagtravel kami sa S. Korea last year, hindi ko agad nabasa yung nakalagay sa DFA website na "leave it blank" kaya napirmahan ko yung sa 2ng anak namin. buti na lang at mauuna ako, kaya nagpaschedule na ako ng renewal para sa kanila. T_T
