Room for Rent in Sydney (Berala) - AVAILABLE NOW!!!

Hi All!

My husband and I have a spare room that we are willing to sublet. We live in a modern apartment unit located in Berala, south-west of Sydney. Our place is about 5-minute walk to train station and about 30-minute train ride to Sydney CBD. We are close to Woolworths Supermarket, Asian Restaurants and Shops, Gloria Jeans Cafe, Aus Post office.

The building is fairly new with a secured building access (key entry and intercom). The unit is in middle floor with a large L-shaped balcony. We are happy to share our basic appliances i.e. washing machine and microwave.
The spare room has a bunk bed-double bottom, single top with mattresses, a closet and a fan.
Bathroom is shared.

If you have a car, it'll be a street parking as we're already using the building's parking. Street parking is easy as we are in a residential area with houses already having their own parking spaces.

We prefer professional, non-smoker, tidy, trustworthy individual/couple.

The rent is 180aud/week (single) or 310aud/week (couple), INCLUDING UTILITIES (electricity, gas, unlimited internet).

Payments are made a week in advance.

My husband and I are in our mid 30's originally from Manila. We have a healthy and happy baby boy who is 3 y/o.
I'm a pharmacist and hubby is an engineer. We are quiet but friendly couple
