Finalised but no grant letter/refused letter

Hi Everyone!

Ask ko lang po, i am currently in Macau and apply subclass 600 visa through Immiaccount base in Hongkong. It says Finalised pero I haven't receive any spam msg or grant visa through my immiaccount.

I try contacting na ata lahat pero kasi via email lahat no direct call or anything.

Can anyone help me? Or had this experience?
Kasi its more than a month na, i submitted it nung March 22 2018 and says finalised on April 6 2018.

I have no experience on it, unfortunately. But I did call the Embassy in Manila a few times. the Agents are very helpful in assisting me. Maybe you should try it.
I haven't had my decision yet.

Login to your Immi Account. You should be able to access the letters/notification/decision from there as well.

tourist vsa 600 for my hubby
lodge Aug 21 ngayon oct2 na wala pa din.
Naka finalised din ang status (meaning decision had been made na), but No emails and corresponding messages sa immi account.
I called the immi officer same din yong nakikita nla. Sbi e check dq yong email spam and everything pro wla nman kmi nareceive na letter..Called again the Officer sabi mag antay nlg dw..
How long po nareceive nyo yong result?
