Hi. Meron po ba dito na nagrant ng student visa without IELTS? My agent suggested na mag Tourist Visa muna ako tapos dun na lang daw po ako magapply ng Student Visa. The problem is yung IELTS. Medyo gahol na kase sa oras. Please share your experience po. Thank You
