    Hello. This is Gie Ardivilla. I am helping my former landlord to have his property occupied in Richmond, a quiet suburb just outside Adelaide. It is accessible by bus, 10-20 minutes bus ride. It is a big room in a residential house with a rental rate of AU$120/week plus shared gas, electricity, water and internet bills.     The room in this link is a single room, but it has a vacant bigger room with aircon/heater at AU$115/wk + shared bills.
