485 Post Grad Visa Prev School won’t give Certification

Question po.
Magaapply po sana ng 485 Post Study Visa ung kapatid ko, however, nagtransfer kasi sia ng skul. He studies in Kaplan Business School for 1 1/2 then nagtransfer sia sa Melbourne Polytechnic which nacredit naman lahat ng subjects nya, nagstudy sia ng further 1 1/2. Total of 3 yrs. Pero sa certificate galing sa Melb Poly, 1 1/2yrs lang nakalagay, and accdg sa Kaplan Buss School, di sila nagbbgay ng Certificate kung hndi doon natapos.

May same scenario na pp ba na gento nangyare? Pls pahelp po.

    baka hindi certificate ang kelangan iprovide ni Kaplan kundi transcript nung mga subjects na natapos niya dun. Anong certificate ba ang nirequest niyo sis?

    29 Aug 2018 - First CO Contact - PCC Qatar (partner)
    9 Jan 2019 - 2nd CO Contact - penal waiver
    18 Jan 2019 - Updated immiaccount with penal waiver
    29 Jan 2019 - Forwarded PCC to gsm.allocated email
    8 Feb 2019 - Visa Grant - Finally!!

    Timeline: Citizenship
    July 2020: Application lodgment
    May 2021: Citizenship Exam
    Feb 2022: Oi! Oi! Oi! Aussie na din sa wakas!
