@testislife baka sa nz ka kinoconsider. especially because your final interviewer would somehow determine the location you'd be placed into when hired di ba? maybe that's why di ka na pinakilala sa ibang directors?

Nakakastress a. May kilala ako 15 mins lang daw sya ininterview. Casual dn daw like fave movies etc.

Tas di sya pumasa. Hay. Paano ka iaassess kung 15mins lang. sad!

Last year pa naman. Pero out of 100, 20 lang daw kinuha.
Tinanong daw fave book at movie nya. Mga gnun lang daw.

@nutribun talaga? Ang konti naman ng kinuha. Ang alam ko nasa 40+ yung nakuha last november. Di kaya yung score ng exam basis talaga nila sa pagpili? Tapos formality lang yung interview? Hmm.

Sakin ang dami tanong. Di man lang ako tinanong ng hobbies ko. Mostly situational, behavioral, tsaka work experience. Di din ako natanong if okay lang sa ibang location if di available yung choice ko. But alam nya yung 1st and 2nd choice ko. Cinonfirm nya lang ganun. Di ko tuloy maassess if good indicator ba yun. Nakakakaba naman. Huhu

@nutribun yung friend mong bumagsak, may nagrefer sa kanya? My friend (working in Planit Melb) said na mas preferred nila yung nirefer ng mga andoon na. Though di ko sya nilagay as referrer ko ngayon.

@helloworld28 yup, and alam ko may ineemail si hr na questionnaire doon sa mga nagrefer sa candidates para madescribe nila yung nirefer nila. baka isang factor din yun kung gano karaming alam nung nagrefer sayo about how you work and behave.

@tmp1aj based sa cv mo pa din as if nagkawork kayo kasi about work yung tanong. kasi ung friend ko nagpa refer ako ng friend, ginawan niya pa din kahit di sila magkakakilala.

May question yata dun about your relationship with the one referring you. The person would only get this form if you have indicated on your application that you were referred by that person.
I think it would also have a question about the time when he/she and you worked together.

@jeanne you mean kung sino yung ni refer will get a form? ung friend ko never naka received nun as well as me. nakwento lang nung friend ko andun na impt question dw tingin niya eh bat dapat i hire ni planit or something like that

Kung sino mag refer. But when you applied, you’re asked if someone referred you. That would direct them to send referral form to the one who referred you.

yep sabi nung friend ko may form nga daw na nifill-upan before ung date ng exam... for them to get to know more about you siguro.

I think they decide using every thing in the process. From your one way video, to your skype interview, the referral from, your exam results and your interview assessment.
Maybe they check for consistency and your knowledge about testing. They try to assess if you’d fit. How well you communicate. How solid your background is.
I think they would factor everything in and decide based on that.

@tmp1aj yes praying nga. tingin ko next week pede na sila start mamigay. kasi possible din sguro n may mag decline offer then offer nila sa next on the list? huli nga dw regret.
