I am looking for a housemate for a fully furnished room (comes with double bed, study table and chair, available for single occupancy with built-in wardrobe) in 2 Bedroom Free Standing Town House in Wyndham Vale. It's a short walk to the Wyndham Vale Station and 35mins to Melbourne CBD (Zone 1 & 2 fare).
Very conveniently located and within walking distance to local shops, public transport, you won't need a car. You will enjoy the quite relaxing vibe of this relatively new house. Available room has built in robes, shared bathroom, laundry area and small backyard which is good when having barbecue. All this serviced by a split system heating and cooling system. The place has a quite neighborhood. CCTV cameras might be installed to add security and peace of mind when we are out for work and/or personal commitments.
Great Location. Short walking distance to Wyndham Vale Railway station, Few minutes to Woolies, Coles, Aldi and all other amenities including Caltex, BP and Shell servos.
Rental at $200.00 per week with unlimited internet; ALL BILLS (Gas, Electricity and Water) ARE INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RENT. 6 months minimum stay with 1 month in advanced rent and 1 month bond required.
I am an easy going professional who likes my sports and enjoy my cycling. I also like driving out of town exploring Victoria and interstate. Enjoy quite moments on weekends and sometimes also enjoy having barbecue dinner with close friends.
NB. Car is off street parking only.

-Friendly
-Organised
-Has full time employment
-Non smoker (smoke outside)
