Hello

On process po ako ng pag susubmit ng EOI sa Victoria, katatapos ko lang sa NSW, mas straightforward and walang option to indicate kung magkano ang funds ko.

According sa website nila (Victoria), in my case na may 2 dependants, I need to have 40000AUD at least, cash or assets. Can I still submit EOI and just declare the amount na meron ako which is less than the minimum funds that they're asking? Or no point kasi marerefuse din naman?

Any thoughts, please?

There is a statement that says "We do not require evidence of these financial resources." This case can be tricky because you need to declare that you do have access to that much money, which is like a sworn statement. I think if what you have is far less than the required, you might think twice about VIC nomination, just in case hanapin ng CO (if you get your VIC ITA)? Baka kasi hindi hingiin ng VIC pero sa DHA biglang hanapin, mahirap na. Is it possible to apply onshore para AUD 20k lang ang kailangan ideclare?

kung ang declaration nyo po ay below doon sa minimum required hindi po kayo makakatangap ng nomination kasi hindi nyo po nameet yung requirement. ang suggestion ko ilagay nyo mo yung minimum amount na required or higitan nyo pa... pwede naman tong funds na to manggaling sa lahat ng assets nyo, pwede din sa relative nyo... ang suggestion ko saka nyo nalang isipin kung papaano kayo magproprovide ng supporting docs na sa tingin nyo kaya nyo gawan ng paraan pag nainvite kayo with VIC nomination. Random naman kasi kung hahanapan ka ng proof ni VIC...
pag namoninate ka ni VIC at may invite ka na at naglodge ka ng visa, hindi na pinapakilaaman ni DHA kung ano ang requirements ni VIC, si DHA ay nakafocus sa requirements nya.. pag nanominate ka kasi ni VIC meaning nag complied ka with the requirements.

@dorbsdee Ah ok, I thought baka si DHA magcheck din kung na-comply ng applicant yung requirements ni VIC. So even if naka-indicate sa website ng VIC na no evidence is required, may possibility rin pala na hanapan ng evidence?

@athelene random lang po... meron yata dito sa forum na nahingan pero di ko na matandaan. sa case ko di ako hiningan, yun nga lang naexpired yung ITA ko di ko kasi inaapply yung 190. wala na po jurisdiction doon si DHA kasi nominated ka na po, tsaka hinihingi po yun according sa VIC website ay during settlement period (1st 2 years), meaning andoon ka na Victoria...

@athelene yes, that's possible. The assessing authorities, states/terrories and immigration are all separate entities. Not because things passed smoothly with the assessing authorities and states/territories does not mean ok na lahat pagdating sa visa application. Immigration reserves the right to query all evidences if they think there is a need to do so.
