We have a room available for rent on March 4 for $160 including all bills and unlimited wifi. We are located at a secure compound with video surveillanced gate at Watergardens (Sydenham, VIC). Our place which is very accessible is 5-10 minutes walking distance to watergardens train/bus station as well as watergardens town centre (mall), primary school and churches (catholic & JW). Transport is 20 minutes drive from the city or 30 minutes (15-20 minutes via express) by train). Room will be furnished with bed and BIR. Parking space (uncovered outside) also available. Preferrably single occupancy but couples (with additional fee for utility bills) are also welcome.
