Located in the Hills area and walking distance to Samantha Riley T Way, with direct transportation to Parramatta, Blacktown, North Sydney and the Sydny CBD. This is a safe area predominately residing professionals and really child friendly

Rent includes $150 per week and is inclusive of:

• Unlimited wi-fi internet NBN
• Use of appliances (tv, kitchen, fridge, washing machine)

You will have a lot of privacy

This is a 4 bed house, sharing with a professional couple (with one 8yr old) and one professional male.
