Sana matulungan niyo ako kunga paano mag start ng de facto visa im not sure kung makakaya kung ako lang mag process...pero sa tourist visa ilang beses ko ng na try mag process at palaging na aprove sa online lang ako nag process ng tourist visa ko...pero hindi ko alam kong pwedi rin ba sa online ang de facto visa...hopefully matulungan niyo ako or advice kung anong tamang gagawin ko...thank you and god bless us....

    Sa pagkakaalam ko, De Facto Visa kapag yung primary applicant is nagfifile ng PR Visa like 189 and 190...Pwede nya isabay ang De Facto Partner nya via De Facto Visa.....yung Fiance Visa naman ang gagawa nun yung nandun na yata sa Au. Not sure, please don't quote me on this.

    @rvrecabar If isasama ang de facto partner sa PR application, considered siyang dependent pero need isatisfy yung evidence sa kanilang de facto relationship. Yung spouse/de facto visa and fiance visa, iba naman yun. Ang sponsor nila ay dapat PR or citizen na sa Australia.
