We have a room available for a single occupant at the end of the month (July). The house is 5 mins walk to watergardens train station and 7 mins walk to watergardens mall. It is 2 stops away from St Albans station ideal for Vic Uni students. It is located inside a gated community with access to the gym and pool. The rent will be $650 per calendar month inclusive of all the bills. The room will come with a single bed and built in wardrobe. Message me @ 0450148114
