  Visa Grant 1:
  Stays: 1month(s) from the date of each arrival
  Travel Facility: Multiple
  Vsa Condition:8101, 8201
  
  
  Visa Grant 2:
  Stays: 3month(s) from the date of each arrival
  Travel Facility: Multiple
  Vsa Condition:8101, 8201
  
  
  Situation:
  October 2017, Sydney arrival.
  3 months study
  
  Salamat po sa sasagot.
  
  

  Did he/she made 2 applications? Check vevo which one is active-usually the latest issued.
  Visa condition 8101- NO WORK
  Visa condition 8201- NO STUDY/TRAINING MORE THAN 3 Months
  
  Is it 1 year multiple?
  For Visa 1, The visa holder can only stay for 1 month from each arrival and can return multiple times within the validity of the visa while visa 2- can stay for 3 mos maximum from date of each arrival and can return multiple times within the validity of the visa.

  @fgs 2 different persons po cla. sabay lg po cla nag apply ng visa for their short courses. Magkaiba po cla ng grant eh kaya nagugulohan cla..
  
  Meaning po, c grant 1, lalabas po cya ng Oz before mag 1month stay? Medyo magastos lg pala cya sa pamasahe..wala nman po bang problema if labas pasok ka ng Oz? like dito sa SG?hehhehe
  
  C grant 2 nman, okay ksi tuloy2x ang stay nya for 3months sa Oz habang nag aaral..

  C grant 2 nman, okay ksi tuloy2x ang stay nya for 3months sa Oz habang nag aaral..

  For visa 1, wala naman problema basta valid ang visa though magasto nga...dalhin nya lang yong enrolment docs nya kasi baki harangin sya sa immig kasi ng tourist ang visa nya

  @fgs noted po at salamat po sa information. sbhan ko po dalhin ya lg po yong school documents nya at least may proof cya sa officer incase na e ask cya. thank you.
