We are looking for a housemate. Details below:

- 7-10mins WALK to Watergardens Station which is 30mins away from Melbourne CBD. During morning and afternoon peak hours express train services, it will only take 10-15mins.

- 10mins walk going to shopping centre (with Coles and Woolies, Please see attached photo), Catholic Church, Medical Clinic, 2 stations away to St. Albans (Asian palengke where you can buy mas murang food) etc

- Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe with full-body sized vanity mirror

- You'll have your own eating and cooking utensils

- Pet Free and non-smoking housemates

- Free Wi-Fi

- Rent per week is at 150AUD inclusive of utility bills
