Subsequent Entrant Form to Fill up

Hi everyone! I would just like to confirm regarding on the first question of the subsequent entrant that they ask for the application ID and date of birth.

Are they asking for the person applying for the visa as dependent or are they asking for the primary applicant (the holder of the student visa) date of birth?
