Dependent school Documents issue

Hi all..
Need ko lang po ng advice regarding sa case ko. Dependent po ako ng asawa ko visa189. Kaso problema is, kulang ako ng school records ko. Hindi ko kasi natapos college ko. Pero may TOR at CEMI naman ako from school ko sa college. Kaso lang is yung high school diploma ko ang wala. Nawala ko kasi siya nung lumipat kami ng bahay. Worst is, Nag close na yung alma mater ko sa highschool. At mas worst pa eh, yung record ko sa DepEd eh, hagang 3rd year highschool lang ang record ko sa kanila.
