We are currently looking for a Student, Single, Couple or Couple with baby to in our new apartment in Lane Cove. The apartment is fully furnished excluding the bedroom advertised. It is a brand new complex so it cant get any more modern than that!. The room is queen sized with built in robes and also has large windows with bushland views. You will also have your own bathroom which has an oversized glass shower and plenty of storage area.
We are both fun going, laid back, tidy but respect personal space so we are after someone similar.

The bond will be 2x weeks rent plus 2x weeks rent in advance.

Rent and bond is negotiable.

Very nice apartment! I'm about to start my fellowship training in Macquarie University Hospital once I get my work Visa 457. Once I get it lipad na ako to Sydney, but currently still no definite time yet. I'm interested in sharing your apartment if its still available by the time I get to Sydney, kung pwede pa?
