Ask ko lng po if which is better Mgpamedical before mglodge ng visa application using "My Health Declaration" or mgpamedical after lodging visa application. Thanks

Mas okay magpamedical before mag lodge kung alanganin ka sa health mo. Kung di naman, okay lang magpamedical after mag lodge pero before CO contact.
