  when did u take the ielts. it is valid for 3 years for the purpose of state nomination and visa lodgement

  It's been 3 years already. They replied to my email. Said I can still proceed with my application but have to show "evidence to support that you have commenced action to renew your English language capability (e.g. receipts of payment made for another English test, etc)."

  My question now is will they wait for the result of my new ielts before they decide on my application?

  I think they will wait for the result since they are asking for evidence (receipt) na youre working on it. Not sure though. You can check it with them para sure.
