unlike vic, mas madali ang application through SA, wala pa kong kilalang nareject sa SA as long as available pa ung occupation and u meet the passmark, walang issue dun regardless sa age.

@Strader thank you for replying, risky lang talaga at my age. Actually, I am applying for State Nominated Visa sa SA...and requirement lang naman nila for my occupation na Facility Manager is competent english and positive skill assessment. I am now attending IELTS class then after that magpa-skill assessment na ako sa VETASSES (assesing authority). after nung dalawa, mag EOI na then wait na ako kung they will invite me to lodge a state nominated visa application. Tama ba etong procedure ko?

@ana_gutierrez07 mag EOI ka sa DIBP pagcomplete na lahat ung docs mo esp ielts at assessment outcome. Tapos ng EOI, apply ka mismo sa SA for sponsorship. U will not wait SA to invite u instead ikaw mismo mag.apply sa SA site for sponsorship. Dapat SA lang tick mo na state sa EOI. Seloso si SA. ^^

Hi @ana_gutierrez07 ang pinaka mahalaga mong gawin ngayon is mag submit ng assessment application sa Vetassess from there mas magiging malinaw next steps mo. 3 mos din ang processing ng vetassess kaya mas ok simulan na. Ang ielts pwede mo gawin anytime dahil 2 yrs valid ang result niyan.

Pag meron ka na positive assessment tsaka mo na isipin si SA kasi mag vary pa yun later on if sinong state ang open for you (pag ready ka na mag EOI)

Ang IELTS ay walang kinalaman sa assessment. Required lng xa. Kht mataas ang IELTS mu. Ndi nya mhahatak ang assessment outcome. S EOI, Oo mkakahatak ng points xa 10 for 7bs and 20 for 8bs. Hope it helps. God bless

@ana_gutierrez07 hi ana. Vetassess ako nagpa assess di naman nila required ielts for assessment. Or try reading the guidelines sa occupation mo. Sa akin kasi ok lang walang ielts magpa assess. So work on now ur assessment at the same time take ielts. ^^
Btw, merong ibang assessing authority na required ielts for them to assess u kaya yong iba take ielts muna baka makapagpa assess.

@Strader i checked it na, mukhang tama ka...will process it na lang! maraming salamat talaga ha..hinahabol ko kasi edad ko...45 na ako sa november so dapat at may result na ako o makahanap ng work...marami akong ina-aaplyan na pero they are asking me kung may visa na ako

@ana_gutierrez07 . Ako ^^ kasi di ko nasubmit ang evidences sa employment ng isang company ko kaya nadecline sya. Sa email nila sinabihan ako apply again in the future. Ayaw kasi magcooperate ng employer ko noon kaya nasayang. Just recently nag.apply ako ulit pero 489 na kasi di na open ang 190 sa kanila pero go pa rin ako. Waiting for the result next month. ^^

Hi @Strader naka receive ako ng ITA last Nov from SA tapos Dec nagbayad nko ng visa fee.. May additional docs si Dibp so this Feb ko lang natapos lahat.

After paying parang di na mababawi yan. Di ko alam sa iba dito ha pero kung gusto mo magchange ng nominated occupation magpa assess ka ulit based on the guidelines sa occupation na pinili mo. ^^

Normally hindi na pwede, plus questionable na ung integrity ng docs mo nun if ever mag change ka ng reference letter after mo makapaglodge. Anong skills assessing body ba?

@ana_gutierrez07 sa case ko natry ko magchange, nagemail ako sa Vetassess which is our assessing body pero halos similar work kse from Call Centre Manager to Customer Service Manager. Alam ko basta wala pa silang decision pwede mo sila inform depende sa case mo.

Hi everyone, thank you for responding. As i've checked directly with VETASSES, it was possible naman. Actually na-process ko na and they have changed na my nominated occupation. They have this form that needs to be accomplished within 10 days upon payment. And yes, im worried about integrity as mentioned ni Xiaomau82...that's my risk now

I initially placed Property Manager but this one kasi would fall for supplementary of which I need to apply by high points of 80...considering my age, medyo mahirap ko na ma-attain while Facility Manager kaya ko pa by 60 points. Anyway, so thankful for the responses. Im loving this forum, coz everyone is so helful!!! Thanks guys!

Hello po, ask ko lang sana kasi nag babalak kami ni misis mag immigrate sa AU but i have this question particularly SA state sponsorship. So basically ako yung magiging primary applicant for the state sponsorship tapos isasama ko si wifey. IF and WHEN we get approved, pwede bang mag work si wifey doon? Does she need to take any english assessment?

Tapos lets say na naapprove na yung visa (189), does that mean PR na?
