  I can help you out on the insurance aspect of your question hehe...
  
  Yung compulsory..basically it covers the basic bodily injuries (may mabangga kang tao etc) and it has a very minimal coverage.
  
  We usually recommend people to obtain comprehensive insurances because it covers more than the above. Own damage, damage to other people's property, acts of God, etc...it's expensive and it will be more expensive in succeeding years if you incur a claim but it is all worth it...at least covered lahat ng damage sayo di tulad ng compulsory na limited lang yung cover.
