Hi Kabayan,
We are renting out the vacant room in our house for 150 per week(single) and 190 for couple. All bills included. We are close to everything. Bus stop, train stations, Malls and Asian stores.
The house is sitting on a 1000 square meter block hence there's huge space to park your car.
