INVALID ONLINE APPLICATION

Seeking for advice.i have an agent na nag apply for business visa ko kasi magbridging course ako sa melbourne.then suddenly ung embassy directly akong kinontak saying na invalid ung application kasi wala raw pumasok na payment sa application fee.e nagdeposit naman ako sa agent at may request na ko ng medical.sabi ng agent portal glitch daw at nag send nman cla sken ng acknowledgment notice from immi na successful ung lodge.but until now hanging p rin ako walang balita sa status ko.meron bng same situation pls advice

san based ang agent mo? request for a copy of the receipt from the agent, then send it directly sa case officer. or get the agent to resolve the issue, kung system glitch, nothing to worry, maresolve din nila yan/

@Xiaomau82 thank u for replying.australia based po siya nagsend naman cla saken ng receipt.ang worry ko baka abutan ng xmas break sa immi e January na pasukan ko

check with ur bank kun nacharge ka ba tlaga, if yes, then send the receipt to the case officer kun may billing statement na ung credit card send it as well.
