police clearance from kuwait

hello po,tanong ko lng po si husband po ksi ang primary applicant and then ako po secondary applicant nagwork po ako sa kuwait ng 4years ang problema po tumawag ako sa kuwait embassy dito sa pinas di na daw po sila ngbibigay ng nbi clearance pag outside n ng kuwait..pano po kaya yon?TIA

Hello, I am based here in SG, i worked in Kuwait roughly 2 years. Dito sa SG pwede naman sa Kuwait Embassy kaso lng sobra tagal.. cguro 4months na ako nag hhintay max daw 6 months.
Para daw mas madali kung hindi nag pprovide sa pinas.. its either pumunta ka dun mismo 1 week lng daw makukuha mo na or kung may kilala ka sa Kuwait na pwede mag ppprocess on your behalf mas ok daw

Hello @azn, until now wala parin.. parang hopeless na yung sa Kuwait Embassy dito sa SG so we decided to get a statutory declaration, i think 3mos na wala parin.. yun nalang kulang i think tas ok na daw as per our agency, mejo dami lng daw holiday kaya delay.

BTW, for those of you who received their PC through statutory declaration, typically gano ka tagal yung waiting time? thank you in advance!

@grace_8200420 hello po! pag pinasuyo sa kakilala dun usually gano katagal kaya? kc iniisip ko baka pwede ako nlng mismo punta kuwait.. also, pwede po ba malaman ano yung mga requirements kapag nagpasuyo ka lang kumuha in your behalf? thank you very much!

@vher nakuha nyo na po PCC nyo? my kakilala ako dun sa Kuwait na pwede mg process. Mahal lng sila mg charge. Indian po eto.

@azn hindi pa po, although naka statutory declaration nako sabi baka end of this feb..

narinig ko nga yan na may mga ganyang agency daw na mag pprocess in your behalf, yung sayo din ba dun ka nagpaprocess? anyway sige po, if u wont mind po pa share naman po nang details.. thank you very much!

@azn wow! thanks for filling me up with the details! narinig ko nga yung mga ganitong agency na to.. so for your case, mag papaprocess ka rin sa kanya? and also, meron ka na ba ibang ka kilala na na process nya? pero galing ah 2 days lng!

@vher, yes sa kanila rin ako. na forward ko na sa knila docs ko thru email. hindi ko personally kilala yung person na nkakuha sa knila ng PCC, but sa kababayan naman rely din ako sa message nya.

@vher sorry for the late reply nabusy lang po..yung tita ko kasi nagasikaso SPA nagpanotarize aq sa markina city hall para sure and the pinaauthenticate ko and pinastamp ko sa kuwait embassy here in manila,nbi authen then sa kuwait embassy manila, passport size pic white background,copy civil id,copy passport and visa na nsa passport and hingi ka nadin letter from australia na requesting ka na kukuha ng police clearance

@azn Kamusta Application nyo? hope everything is well. Unfortunately ganun parin samin.. Pending parin sa PCC nang Kuwait.. so maybe ttry ko na nga yung sa Indian National na yun.. safe ba tlga yun? mejo malaki din kc cya mag charge hehe pero kung 2 days lng at saka legal naman cguro i would go for it.. anyway thanks for sa advice

@vher Pending pa PCC ko dahil wla pa budget, pero I saved S$200 and need pa around S$450. If may kilala ka sa Kuwait pwede sya mg contact face to face kay Ajmal at mgbigay nang pera. Yan sabi ni Ajmal if doubtful ka na directly pay via Western Union ang pera.

@azn hi po.... ung saken din February pako this year nag apply ng PCC by the Kuwait Embassy sa Canberra tpos till now wala pa din... naiiyak nko. last week na refuse ang 457 visa ko dahil di ako mkapagpresent ng PCC. Nagappeal naman nako sa tribunal para mareconsider. Tpos nakita ko yang ke Ajmal na sinasabi mo kanina lang. Tanung ko lang kung marami na ba xang naprocess na PCC na papunta dito? bago ako mgproceed sa pgapply sa knya? kausap ko na kase xa knina. Salamat kabayan mejo desperate nalang. badtrip kase sa bagal ang mga tao dun sa Kuwait lam mo na.

Ito ang steps
1. Find a representative in Kuwait
2. Obtain the ff docs:
A. SPA - Get it from Phil. Embassy (PE) in the country you are residing now. State in the letter that your representative will process and collect your PCC in KW.
B. Fingerprint Card - Get it from PE
C. Copy of Civil ID, Old passport, Visa copy found in your old passport, current passport, passport size picture with blue background, request letter from Australia stating the KW PCC is required.

Notarized these docs.
> SPA - Notarize in PE in your current country of residence.
> Request letter from Australia - Notarize in Australian Embassy in your current country of residence.

3. Call the number below to set an appointment or walk-in possible as well.
