student visa with de facto partner still in annulment process

Anyone can please advice if we should declare in our statements about my partner still legally married but already separated for more than 10 years? Will the CO know if he is still married or not? ANYONE WHO ALSO APPLIED WITH THE SAME CASE AS MINE? thanks in advance.

hi, just put de-facto on partner's status and yours. wala naman naging problem sa application namin, tourist visa or student visa. just don't declare, iyong mga dinedeclare kasi hinahanapan pa ng additional docs.

@agentKams thanks a lot sa reply nyo po. Just for clarification lang po, when adding him as my defacto hindi na namin idedeclare sa among signed statement na he is still married po?
And can you please enumerate po anung documents ang pinakita nyo as proof of the de facto relationship. thanks a lot.

take note though that they might ask you for a CENOMAR(Certificate of no marriage). CO asked me and my partner a few days before grant(July 2016).

@aishee5 yup, the CENOMAR was requested by the CO. The documents we submitted: the shared bank statements, pictures, shared bills, life insurance with having the partner as beneficiaries(vice versa), letters and cards, declaration from family and friends, personal declaration and story(history of how you met and his/her role in your life), tenancy(proof of living with each other more than 1 year). Yes student visa din. and all of those documents naka certified by lawyer para mas legit.

Similar situation po tayo @aishee5 . Im married in the Philippines but is separated but not yet annulled. Nurse po ako dito sa Dubai. I have a de facto partner po. Plano ko po sana mg apply for student visa... pwd po ba masama yung partner ko? Ano po bang agency meron dito sa Dubai that can help is process our visa? Thanks in advance

Hi priya. I am also in the process of submitting my docs for student visa. I have an agent pero sa pinas po eh. wala ako alam dito sa dubai. I am from cebu so duon din agency ko. IDP ang agency name. meron din naman IDP sa manila if from there ka. Lahat kase ng kakilala ko na nasa australia na through student visa eh sa Pinas talga nag process ng visa nila. So dun nlng din ako. although super magastos kase naka ilang uwe na ako sa pinas to meet my agent and get some docs. and again I need to go home to apply for my visa soon.

isasama ko din ang partner ko. still nag gagather kami ng evidence. mahirap kase dito sa UAE hindi legal ang magsama together. may nakita ako sa isang thred dito na galing din sa UAE with de facto and na approve naman sila. nagtatanung tanung padin po ako kung anung pwede docs as proof of de facto.

Hi @aishee5 from Bohol po ako.... bisaya tayo hehe... yun nga eh sa pinas din ang napagtanung kong agent. Tapus sabi saken d daw pwd pag hindi annulled... IDP cebu yung agent mo? Anong course offer nila sa yo? Mainit daw ang Pinas sa VET ( certificate/vocational)...Nurse po ako? Ano po profession nio?
