Visa Refusal

Hi Guys,

Question lang regarding Tourist Visa application.

Nag apply yung fiance ko ng defacto visa kasabay ng student visa ko. However, inadvise kame ng case officer na iwithdraw na lang yung application nya kase di sya convince sa intention nya. and baka pati yung student visa ko e maapektuhan. So, sinunod namen yung CO and winithdraw application nya and CO suggested na mag TV na lang sya.

So, naglodge sya ng application, last week. Dun sa form my question if he has done medical for the last 12 months, since meron sya non dahil nga sa defacto visa application nya nung una, ininclude nya sa form yung HAP id and reason. And to our surprise, narefuse yung TV nya. Reason for refusal: not sufficient incentive of going back to his home country. Insip namen na baka nakaaffect yung info na nilagay namen sa form regarding defacto visa withdrawal.

Ngayon, magrerelodge ng application for TV and magdagdag sya ng documents from his company stating na babalik sya ng Singapore due to his work commitiments. I was wondering kung ilalagay nya pa rin yung HAP Id nya sa form or just say No. Nakakaconfuse kase. Baka marefuse na naman sya.

Please help. Any suggestions or tips. Thank you!

sa opinion ko since may record na sia kahit indi mo ideclare ung hap number mag aappear pa din sa system nila ung previous applicaiton nia.

pr ba sia dito? any properties in manila? have u declared ung relatives nia na indi kasama sa application? any strong tie na babalik pa sia ng singapore or ph?

ung intention to return sa home country kasi indi nila makita.

if she really wants to visit u in au when u r there, not sure though if it would help, she may try travelling to other "1st world" countries. ung may mga visa. to show her travel records na umuuwi tlaga sia.

another option is to apply for ROM

@Xiaomau82 thank you sa pagreply. Yun nga din ang iniisip namen magpa ROM na lang muna. Do you think, makakaaffect ba sya kung mag aapply ako ng PR in the future?

nope it wont affect ur pr application in the future in my opinion. ngyn kasi temporary visa ung apply nio and what they are cautious about is ung indi na sia umuwi or mag over stay sia kasi sa pagkakaintindi ko is wala silang makitang reason na babalik pa sia.

@mimic nilagay namen yun sa withdrawal form nya. Yung work commitments. Kaso, parang mas nakaaffect pa yun dahil nga may intention sya na pumunta dito. Then, after ng withdrawal in a short period mag aapply sya ng TV. Yun kase yung inadvised samen nung Vo na naghandle saken ng SV. Sana pala di na lang namen i-winithdraw.

@fishda18 parang and dami na nang case dito na nareject dahil sa advice ng migration agent. Pero kasi pag sinama mo siya noon malay mo ba kung maApprove kayong dalawa o maDeny ka din.

Pag na-deny ba dependents, deny buong visa including main applicant?

@yummy143 ung pagkakaintindi ko hindi sila satisfied sa details ko pero ung sponsor ko okay naman. di ko tuloy alam kung ano ung idadagdag ko dun.

Na refuse din ako before student visa @idrakels pero pwede ka namang mag apply ng tv may i know the reason of your refusal

hello po sa lahat, ask ko lang po if how many days/weeks it took for you to receive refusal notification prior to the time that you have lodged your tourist visa.
