Hi guys! We have a single room for rent in Rosehill. For female preferred.

155/week all in (utilities and net)
35 mins train to city
Across Rosehill Train Station
6 mins bus to Parramatta CBD
Across buses to Lidcombe, Parramatta, Bankstown.

With built in closet and single bed.

Pls let me know if interested. No bond but 2 weeks advance is required to reserve the room. Thanks! Available Aug 1.
