    hi ☺ i am renting out a single room in my house. i will offer it for 130 inclusive of bills. it is a single room and ibwill have it fully furnished. Location is Eden Hill close to Morley Galleria about 5 mins drive, close to Bassendean train station about 3 mins drive. Closest bus is about 15 mins walk. let me know if you are interested. Room is good for 1 person only. Non smoker please ☺
