    depende po sa real estate agency. pero the usual ang any form of employment contract kahit email lang from employer basta meron dun contact details, references lalo na pag wala ka pa rental history dito, bank statements or kahit ano investment para patunayan na kaya mo magbayad lalo na pag wala ka pang work. It would help din kung gagawa ka ng application letter stating your status at parang promise na aalagaan mo yung bahay nila.
