This is located in 1-7 Belmore Street. Bus stop along Pennants Hill Road. 5 stops to Parramatta MRT Station on either of the following buses. Mcdo, KFC, Pizza Hut along Church Street which is just a short stroll from the apartment. Apartment is on the 3rd floor.
- Bus M54 > Macquarie Park-Parramatta-Macquarie Park.
- Bus 625 > Pennant Hills-Parramatta-Pennant Hills.
You will be living with a family with 3 kids so single female/couple with no kids are preferred. Thank you for your understanding.
Rent is 250/wk for single or $300/wk for couples. Rate includes PUBs. New immigrants, prices can be negotiated.
