One bedroom with own toilet and bath is available in a 4-bedroom house. Only three person is now living in the house 2 pinoy and 1 from sri lanka. Only 200pw single or 250pw if couple. Includes electricity, gas, internet, laundry, parking, centralized heater and aircon. very clean and decent house. 3 minutes walk to train station. 5 minutes walk to aldi, coles, woolworth. call me 0450637963.
