I will have a large room available by 1st of April.
The apartment is located in a secure complex and it is a quick 7 mins walk to St Leonards Station. St Leonards is 15 mins away from the Sydney CBD.
Ideally looking for someone who will stay for at least 2 months (until end of May).
- Furnished room with a queen bed
- Built in mirrored wardrobes
- Shared access to balcony
- Shared toilet
- Secure complex
- Reverse cycle airconditioning
- All bills included including internet (not unlimited) and foxtel
Rent is $350 a week all bills included.
