Accommodation in Southern Inland

Hi.
Would like to know if how you folks rent out an apartment in the Southern Inland without being employed? Because I've read from the domain.au and realestate website that before renting, there will be a viewing for the apartment first and you should have an employment information or in such.
I am expecting my visa to be granted early next year. So, I am now finding an apartment to live in.

@downunder15 hello are you alone pagounta dto or family kau? meron kc kami vacant room pero hanggang 2 lang maaaccomodate.. We're living in Queanbeyan which is Regional ng NSW and 20mins away from Canberra. Pm me if interested ka. January pde na lipatan.

@downunder15 pm ka lang if interested ka sa vacant room. IE ako.. sa experince namin, mga less 1 month nakahanap kami work pero ndi pa in line sa experience pero basta hindi mapili ng work marami trabaho
