  My husband and I got married 5 months before we lodge my student visa application and we got granted. Depende yan sa circumstances nyo po and if genuine talaga relationship nyo. That was my concern as well before.

  SVP Subclass 573 with dependent
  January 2014- arrived Australia
  March 2014- Classes start
  December 2015- finished uni.
  December 2015- Lodged subclass 485 visa, Medical exams cleared.
  February 2016- 485 Visa Granted
  March 2016- skills assessment application submitted
  May 4 2016- positive skills assessment
  May 16 2016- Lodged EOI (60 points)
  May 24 2016- ITA subclass 189
  June 4 2016- lodged subclass 189
  June 14 2016- CO allocation (team Adelaide)
  ***********waiting for the golden GRANT*********

  @charu.. hi dont you worry ok lang yan we have the same situation, ngpakasal ako dec den ng apply ako ng visa feb and march granted n ang visa nami it doesn't matter as long as my marriage contract lng kayo na ipakita.

  @Vida , hello po. I want to apply for student visa, pero I am looking for the lowest tuition fee for accountancy courses in Brisbane. Can you assist? kasi po nakareceive na ako ng offer sa Kaplan with scholarship, pero mataas pa din ang babayaran.

  hello kami ng husband ko kinasal nung may 2015 then august kami nilodge para di daw maquestion na parang sinadya lang magpakasal for the sake na makapunta sa oz. ayun pag lodge ng aug. after 3 weeks nagrant na. tapos nung october 2015 andito na kmi. Godbless sa lahat ng applications nyo

  pati po kayo @kittykate kasi po yung bf ay partner ko ay magiging permanent resident palang. 8 years na nagwork dad nya sa aus pero hindi pa nag apply for citizenship thank you

  Hi po. Need advice rin po. Ako rin po kasi mag aaral sa Au, at gusto ko isama ung Bf ko. Pero plan namin kasal 2nd week of april pa. Maglolodge na po ako Visa since kelangan na po. Hindi ko po sya dineclare pa. Ok lang po ba yon? Or mag send na ako ngayon ng application nya as my fiance?

  @cindylish hi! Im not really sure ha kasi pag ng lodge ka at as fiance plng hahanapan ka ata additional docs for de facto..its better pakasal muna tas lodge but be sure my marriage cert kna from nso kasi reqs tlga un..
